Across most categories, we follow a simple and fair formula:
1. We determine what the item sells for in today’s market.
2. We subtract selling, processing, and platform fees.
3. The remaining value is split 50/50 between you and the store.
This ensures:

Trading Card Games:
We use industry-standard conditioning guidelines based on TCGPlayer standards. Every certified buyer is trained and tested in professional card conditioning.
Evaluation:
· Cards are evaluated for surface wear, edge wear, corners, and warping
· Collections are reviewed for playability, demand, and version
· Large lots may require brief drop-off for accurate processing
Pricing: 50/50 split after fees based on real sales data and current demand.
Miniatures & Models:
Evaluation:
· We are happy to accept miniatures that are assembled or unassembled, painted or unpainted, organized or unorganized.
· Organized collections can often be evaluated same day.
· Large and/or unorganized lots may require a drop-off period.
For the fastest and most accurate offer:
· Provide a clear itemized list (Example: 10× Space Marine Terminators, 1× Librarian…)
· Organize models so quantities can be verified quickly
· Please declare any modified, kit-bashed or 3D printed parts
Pricing:
· Our store typically sells used miniatures at 50-60% of MSRP
· From that amount, we deduct selling fees
· The remaining value is split 50/50
· Some items may receive bulk pricing based on volume and condition.
· Well-painted miniatures may be evaluated higher and earn a higher offer.

· Some games missing non-essential components may still be accepted

While-You-Wait Evaluations:
Small card lots, board games, and prepared miniature collections can often be evaluated on the spot.
Drop-Off Evaluations:
Large collections, sealed cases, or unorganized lots may require:
· A short processing window
· A scheduled follow-up pickup
· Detailed verification for maximum accuracy
We will always communicate expected timelines before accepting a drop-off.
For your piece of mind and transparency we encourage customers to take photos of the items they are dropping off while they are in the store.
We accept items in most conditions.
Better condition typically means better value, but we take:
- Played or lightly played card singles
- Painted, unpainted, assembled, or on-sprue miniatures
- Mixed-condition collections

Large loads may need to be dropped off, but your payout works the same either way.
